Would not recommend at all. Agreed a price for a job - didn't do what I needed (what he did do took considerably less time than what I actually asked for) and then he still insisted I pay the original price. Hard to get hold of, hard to get a straight answer out of (or to get him to commit anything to writing - except the bill). Told me an out and out lie. Avoid.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!! This lot tried billing me incorrectly twice on two separate invoices , work was added to one invoice which was not even carried out and the funniest part is they can not calculate VAT properly. I wonder if this has happened to any other customers who may of not checked..... I had this company in to replace a cast iron soil pipe with pvc, the connector they used to join the cast iron and pvc pipe together was not fit for purpose, it was too big and was stuffed into the bit of cast iron pipe remaining, this did not seal correctly so raw sewer smells were wafting through my home each time the toiled was used I got in touch with Keith straight away about this problem and all i got was excuses, 3 weeks had passed and the builder who did the work turned up for 5 minutes to rub some sealant around the pipe connector, this did not resolve the problem We then had a blockage in the soil pipe where the builders had fitted this connector, I had waste discharging out of the connector into my garage and had to get an emergency drainage firm out to unblock it Since all of this I had been chasing Keith up to fix the problem which had gone on for over 3 months, obviously too busy with new customers In the end he would not answer his phone to me so I had to get another firm in to fix the mistakes the builder had caused Keith's customer service is awful, not once did Keith come out to see the work his builders had done after complaining about it He his now demanding payment for the work that was carried out months later, I refused to pay him and were now going through the small claims court And his builders had the cheek to fill our skip up with other peoples rubbish where they were obviously working at rather than fixing the soil pipe I would NEVER use this firm again
