        While visiting in Stockport for a week I used this Barber. I had 2 hot towel shaves (1 at beginning, 1 at end of week) and a hair cut. Service was great and I went away feeling 10 years younger!! Carlo is a very friendly, excellent and knowledgable barber. Shame I live over 200 miles away otherwise Id be a regular. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

        Didn't really listen to what I asked for when cutting my hair, and cut a lot more off of my hair than I wished without clear explanation. Went back to complain, and merely got argumentation and a smarmy response from Chief of the Chappies, Carlo. No mention of sorry and no professionalism. Seemingly limited knowledge on longer hair styles and generally a poor attitude. I'd avoid the sign in the window asking for long haired models - seemingly Carlo wants the length to trim it to whatever he wants.
