        Just cant get anyone to call us back and weve got heavy machinery logging in the woods opposite our bedroom until 11:30pm and later and its been going on for weeks. No one is interested and weve not been able to sleep

        When offices are closed there is no alternative number given for emergencies . Just a voicemail service and office email , neither of which would be picked up until offices reopen . Quite disappointing and really not what I'd expect from a landlord
