EDITED AS REQUESTED FROM MANAGEMENT The scenery is beautiful, the home is gorgeous. The communication skills arent wonderful. Its taken me two months to resolve an issue. When I tried to make contact I was spoken to rudely and with a lack of respect. Ive since been told, the people I spoke to were agency staff? My last resort was leaving a review to prompt their communication. Alas, it worked. A crying shame!! I came here to sing to residents back in March. They loved it as photos and videos shared will show. Residents are treated to a vast array of regular entertainment and activities. Sweet treats and drinks were provided to residents as I was singing, this looked lovely and was well received. They were undergoing a little makeover when I was there, Im sure the finished results are amazing. It looked lovely and it was only half completed when I was there. I do think agency staff need reviewing as their attitude was appalling, their English skills were not great. Broken English by a few. Leaving the young at heart with impaired hearing and vision struggling to understand what theyre saying. Something I dont agree with. (As my name shows, Im polish so I dont feel Im being unfair with my comments here). Elizabeth made contact with me after many months of being ignored by others her effort and professional approach was welcomed and appreciated. Im just sorry its taken a review for the situation to resolved

My nan was cared for at Severn Heights nursing home and received attentive and quality care. The staff are friendly and happy and always happy to answer any questions that family members may have.
