A lovely, contained tent and caravan site. The owner was very helpful and keen that we pitched in a good location as the ground after so much rain had become quite soft. It wasn't busy at all, and other campers that were there were friendly - the site had a nice atmosphere. Facilities were clean, hot showers available. A great location for Malvern, and an lovely pub within 5 mins where we had an excellent meal on our first night. Would recommend to friends and family.

We spent 3 nights at this campsite which is conveniently located between the town of Great Malvern and the City of Worcester, both being serviced by the bus stop minutes from the site entrance, number 44 bus. The site management team were friendly and extremely helpful especially in supporting the placement and removal of Caravans and Motorhomes given the condition of the two grass fields which following 3 continuous weeks of rain were saturated and very boggy. The site does not have adequate drainage and just a couple of basic hard standing places which were being mainly used for storage. The toilets and showers were kept clean and well stocked. The proximity to the main road is an issue if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, the traffic is relentless and is off putting. During our stay there was some renovation work being undertaken in one of the shower cubicles, I believe to accommodate people who are disabled. Unfortunately, the area outside the working area was not tidy and just felt very scuffy, and when you take a closer look you begin to see that there are a number of unfinished projects across the site or out of date items. The site entrance very bumpy and soft with tyre deep ridges, unfinished fence to the rally field, some field taps not working, no option to deposit grey waste, old literature at the wash up station, the area around the toilet block very uneven surface with multiple trip hazards. If I were the owners I would suggest an urgent risk assessment before someone has an injury. Regretfully we would not recommend to stay until a good tidy up and safety revisit is completed and the weather is more favourable.
