Shocking customer service! I placed an order through their website, I didnt receive my item and they ignored three e-mails I sent them chasing it. I raised a claim with PayPal and when they contacted Olivers Bookshop themselves they were completely ignored as well. In the end PayPal settled the dispute in my favour and I got my money back via a reverse transition. The amount of other reviews Ive now seen with people having the same issue is appalling!

After reading some reviews here and speaking to two Amazon Marketplace customer service advisors, i believed id been scammed out of a book by this seller. The order had been mysteriously cancelled and wad deemed undeliverable by amazon and i was advised the activity seemed suspicious. After emailing and Facebook messaging, i received a phone call from Oliver's Bookshop explaining the confusion and putting my concerns at ease as they had had to use Royal Mail and not the regular courier which is why Amazon were unsure of the status of my order. Regret being blunt and rude as once on the phone speaking to them, they were very helpful and apologetic. Book arrived in good packaging in good condition, cant fault the service aside from the confusion which was helpfuly resolved.
