        Myself and another work colleague stay here often due to working away and I can easily say Ive never had such better accommodation. The area is perfect, close to Worcester city centre but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Accommodation is always clean and tidy and Dawn couldnt be more helpful and understanding, really makes working away a lot easier.

        Rang to inform of late arrival 1830. Chastised because I wasn't able to get to checkin on time. I felt like sleeping in my car at this point. No food available which was fine asked about local pub . Directed to nearest but made to feel like a child when it came to road safety. Tv not tuned in also in a different language. Room fridge very noisy so I turned it off. Dirty, potholed road leading to location. I'm working in the area for the next two years. I definitely will not be staying here. Room was very clean.
