        We had a few issues with the boiler and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely place to stay with amazing entertainment, brilliant swimming pool and great outside play.

        We booked and paid for a holiday and then wasnt allowed on site and did not get our money back

        Had an amazing holiday, the entertainment team are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond for us, so for this thank you Heather, Jade and Ross. The security team are also amazing and helped us deal with a minor issue. Will definitely be returning well worth it, all entertainment and activities are fabulous. Will miss everyone when we leave Friday :(
