        Absolutely awful build of property, to the extent that multiple tiles from the top of our block of flat fell onto not only the entrance of the property but also onto the roof of my car which was parked in our designated spot. This was within 4 months of moving into the property. They then claimed it was from adverse weather conditions so would not compensate for the poor build quality leaving me with a hefty bill for the damages! We also still have multiple communal issues that have not been dealt with, still! Following multiple lies from the site supervisor (FYI we are now on our 3rd site supervisor since the property was purchased) I have all but given up with the Taylor Wimpey and would recommend everyone to steer clear!
