        We have just had a fabulous afternoon with Holly in her lovely chocolate workshop. Holly is already a legend in the chocolate world, ask her what she was responsible for at Cadbury (one of the best job titles). She teaches so effortlessly, makes the process engaging and relaxing so you are learning loads without realising. We all made chocolates that looked way better than or expertise and tasted fabulous. You will enjoy every minute of the experience.

        Attended a truffle making Masterclass, which was a really enjoyable and informative experience and you get to take home everything you've made! In my case, this was a haul of 11 milk chocolate truffles, which were filled with brandy soaked, caramelized hazelnuts, enrobed in plain chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder or Biscoff biscuit crumbs. Holly and her husband, Sam, are warm and engaging hosts and are rightly proud and enthusiastic about their award winning chocolate. Devizes has one of best chocolate engineers I've ever encountered!
