Strongly would not recommend. Hard working contractors but very badly management. It's been over 3wks I am still waiting for front door to be replaced, small patio window to be sorted and ventilation slats to be put on small windows. They ripped out the front door and this is door number 3 waiting to be fitted, as the first 2 measured incorrectly have left me with a make shift door until door number 3 arrives. Would not recommend, I hold my breath for door 3 to be correct measure, until then freeze away and use hot water bottle to keep warm.i I am disabled and shocked with this company's customer service guarantee.

Awful company no customer service installed two doors and both need to be replaced the standard of work was awful would not recommend this company was promised a call back today didn't happen sent many emails no reply do not use this company

Excellent customer service - very helpful despite our windows now being out of warranty.

Awful....Told 6-8 weeks for door to be installed...its been over 3 months and i called them and told another 3 weeks maybe...shocking service...Also had a friend with told 3 weeks ago that today (22/10/21) that they were having windows installed...Friend spent entire weeks arranging for today only to have one worker turn up.... No windows fitted...Didnt receive a call until late afternoon to be told it may be next Saturday(saturday of all days) next week...but not guaranteed. How on earth can this be acceptable? Theyve clearly tried adding my friend on the end of a list...and not rightfully prioritised them...They were special consideration in the first place....but thats appears to have all gone out the window(pardon the pun) ...Social housing one has no choice, in which company is provided... Not only am i still waiting for my door...My poor friend ,with children, is now left not knowing WHEN theyre coming to finally install here entire home windows...... Awful company.
