Having utilised many recruitments agencies over the years, MDM consultants has been the most helpful. Ben was professional with a personable touch (along with a great sense of humour) which was visible when we had a video call to discuss the role in detail. As MDM work closely with the hiring company, he knew the ins and outs of the role as well as the culture of the business which is very advantageous for the interviews. Ben ensured I was kept up to date with the progress of the application and regularly touched base to find out how I was getting on. He is a true asset to the company!

Really positive experience. I first heard from Ryan who wanted to discuss a potential job opportunity that I eventually decided did not suit my requirements. However after an in depth conversation about what I was looking for he briefed me on another potential position that suited me far better. Ryan was personable, supportive and kept regular communication with me throughout, even after my contract was signed and within my first weeks. Highly recommend.
