        Always a miserable experience dealing with the phone systems. 50:50 of being cut off immediately or being on hold in the queue for 30 minutes before you have to give up trying to speak to someone. Seriously not fit for purpose and needs replacing for the safety of patients.

        Great practice - from the reception and efficient online booking system to the very personable and helpful doctors and medical staff. Any concerns we have had have been thoroughly investigated and followed up. Really fortunate to have this well run facility on our doorstep.

        This surgery used to he one of the best but is an absolute shambles! You aren't even given the opportunity to wait in a queue in the mornings they just cut the phone off! You can't even enquire about an emergency or prescriptions as it just cuts you off. I made a complaint 6months ago regarding the rudeness of the staff over a monthly medication error on their behalf, their policy states 2/ 3 days to receive a reply, to this day I have never received a response!! How they maintained theor CQC rating of good is beyond me...

        They close at 6 not 6.30! Times need to be updated really. The practice has definitely gone downhill in the last year or so
