        Interesting that this company advertise they are the company to find you s hotel when visiting an event. We called and left a voicemail on three occasions with no return call. We then emailed on three occasions with details of the event we were attending the rooms we required and received one reply out of three with no hotel suggestions or availabilities, the content of the email was to ask if we were still looking for a hotel booking then call them. It seems to defeat the purpose of their advertising to find you a room. I now understand why people revert to specialist online booking.
