Awful customer service. We moved into a Mulberry home on Friday (second owners), on Sunday we noticed when we showered in the en suite there was a leak into the wall in the lounge. Not being an emergency (Mulberry make it very clear if you call an emergency and its not one they will charge you) we waited until Monday morning and called then. We were then told the warranty on the house ran out yesterday, unbeknown to us having only moved in on the Friday, and when I asked if the leak happened on the Sunday would it not still be covered I was sarcastically told no because it wasnt logged the day before. Awful first experience with mulberry now leaving us in a leaking house with a baby! Service: Home building
