UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, PLS DO NOT USE! I was booked in for some boiler repairs and a blockage on Thursday 16th at 5pm. Sam did not bother to show up! I sent him a text message to ask where he was and then called him but, had no response from either. I then finally had a response 3 hours later by message, to say he had been held up on another job and was I available next evening? I had again waited in all evening and there was another no show?! Also no messages or calls again to say otherwise?! Maybe my job was to too Small or not important enough I dont understand, does Sam not think anyone deserves that respect of not wasting their time and to be professional?! I have never come across another apparent official company that does that to me! I am posting this because I believe in great customer service and loyalty and I am sorry, to what experience I have had not just once but twice is horrendous! You can give someone benefit of the doubt once but not on two days on the trot! I am moving in a few days and I wanted to make these corrections for the new persons and now it is going to cause them problems. I just wished I did not waste my time on an amateur plumber and shopped around via Trust a Trade. Pls anyone that is reading, shop around on Trust a Trade and do not experience the lack of reliability, professionalism, honesty and trust of this company. Good luck Service: Water heater repair
