        No response at all to my letter of complaint and request for a replacement product. Inadequate quality shower door rollers which have repeatedly sheared off. We have replaced a shower roller 4 times at our own expense since it was fitted in 2017. The doors are simply too heavy for the strength of roller supplied. Sent a letter 31/1/20 to the company address as cited on the website, but have heard nothing. Will be looking into taking this further.

        after sales service is poor. Tried to call them to get a replacement parts just after 1 year of installation of Venezuela BTW toilet. Never picked the call. Not sure how will i get a replacement
