Sunrise Yoga

What a lovely studio! Had a great yoga class today with Jennifer and felt challenged but also relaxed, grounded and nicely tune with my body by the end of it. Only my first time but definitely hoping to make it to this class regularly! Thank you Jenny and Simon for creating a beautiful, blissful space :-)

Absolutely gorgeous yoga studio, beautiful, calming, relaxing atmosphere. Located in the countryside between Northampton and Milton Keynes. Ive been going there since October, while being pregnant, Ive been definitely loving it, and it helped me a lot. Yoga studio has yoga mats, bolster , blankets and other accessories that you might need. Highly recommend!!

Firstly I was very impressed with the website for Sunrise Yoga, it flows well, just like their yoga sessions! There was lots of information about classes, teachers and the booking/membership details were clear and easy to use (even for an old dinosaur like me!) Once you register the service is prompt, friendly, warm and professional with welcome emails and reminders for class bookings. I am amazed at how reasonably priced the classes are, well worth every penny and I am about to become a member because it is such good value. I love Geni's style of teaching, it is great balance of the spiritual essence of yoga coupled with good, clear instructions on both posture and breathwork. Her delivery makes me smile and laugh, which lifts me up while at the same time her knowledge and experience is clear and grounding. I thoroughly recommend Sunrise Yoga to any yogi, new to yoga or more experienced, there is something for all.

A lovely airy studio with natural light and wonderful equipment. Easy parking and a tea room next door. I took off 1 star because the toilets are outside and therefore they were very cold, but it wouldn't be an issue if it was a warm day.

Beautiful studio, nice layout and brightly coloured mats, blocks and bolsters. Super restorative class with good teacher making adaptations for any and every physical limitation. Easy parking. I will go again.
