        I had an appointment booked for a service and possible hot water temperature issues. On the day they call to say that it wouldnt be possible to come out and because it was a combi boiler it would take too long. I then said I would be reviewing their company for this poor service the lady then told me to p#ss off and hung up the whole home. Wow what a poor service and unprofessional manner from a local company.
