Outstanding service from start to finish! I booked in to have nails from another salon removed which proved very difficult due to the careless installation. The ladies were patient and careful, using only hand tools (no drill files or other nasty machines). I ended up having to come back in the evenkng for them to finish as they advised that more filing would further damage my nails. I had no idea that they stayed behind after closing to make sure my nails were left in a good condition. The whole removal process was explained from start to finish, I received lots of advice about good nail care to help restore my nails over the coming weeks. They were even kind enough to take photos of the state of my nails during and after removal so that I could complain to the other salon. What's more is that I was only charged for 1 appointment despite needing 2 visits to tackle the removal. I was treated like a longtime, valued customer which was really appreciated. This salon will be my first port of call for any nail treatments and/or advice, and I actually wouldn't hesitate to have spa treatments etc here too. Thank you Lucy and team!

I went for a day of pampering with my daughter. All the staff were friendly and helpful. No problem with social distancing as numbers were limited and rotation of guests worked well from the different areas. Loved the full body exfoliation, it was as good as or better than the Swedish massage. The hydrotherapy pool was great too. We had a lovely cream tea, for lunch, which was excellent. A perfect day and will go again now i have found it. If you aren't a fan of the bigger commercial Spa experience then you will like this. Beautiful setting, small, intimate and personal venue.
