Helen Cooper Yoga

Helens classes are great. She guides the practice in a very intuitive way, allowing you the time and space to explore the postures, finding strength or calm in each depending on your own journey. The atmosphere is always welcoming, regardless of experience, and beginners and advanced can work next to each other in a supportive and non competitive way. It is a very peaceful environment and I would miss my weekly classes if I could not attend - they have become a life line in such challenging times.

Really impressed with Helens 30 Day Yoga challenge. Extremely well organised and especially helpful was the creative and flexible approach with all suggestions from participants noted and taken on board. Highly recommended!
