Just would like to say a quick thanks to Steve for his assistance this morning with my issue. Had a snapped DYSON DC04 belt which I needed a replacement for asap ! Popped to the store and Steve said he was doubtful cause it was an old one, but he would have a look just in case. Hey presto he found one in the shops extensive products stock ! It's good to be able to go to a shop and pick something up without the whole ONLINE waiting thing and people like Steve who are good at their job and have good knowledge are becoming a rare thing unfortunately. Yet again this little shop offer great service. Was quoted 18.95 for watch battery at Timpson. Kramer supplied for 1.80 and I fitted in 2 minutes so will be going back even more often. Always helpful and polite and always willing to go the extra mile if not in stock.

This guy is a local legend. Whether you are an electrical expert of have no idea, he treats you with respect and curtesy. He is very helpful and is always willing to offer advise. Prices are good and this little shop seems to have magical powers, as everything is is stock. Always my no1 choice for anything electrical. A good old fashioned business with personilty
