They've changed the rules - you have to have shisha now. I've been here before because I liked the drinks and puddings. Lovely place! Everyone was too hot. We were soooo hot so we asked them to turn the heaters down. They turned one down and they put a different one on. That one was also too hot. Everyone was turning around looking at the heaters with discomfort. This is the 2/3 times that I've been here and the staff have no idea how to make the environment comfortable for people.

Absolutely impeccable service, the owner is was so accommodating and reassuring we got a table last minute and we was upgraded to a vip table

Everyone was too hot. We were soooo hot so we asked them to turn the heaters down. They turned one down and they put a different one on. That one was also too hot.
