If i could give 0 star i would. Had the most disgusting, rude, unhelpful woman called Karen "helping" us. She truly lives up to her name. Not to leave out.... Karen is the manager by the way I don't need this review to be tried and resolved... This is my review.... Your company is the most disgraceful I've ever came in contact with. So much for running a "management" company. The company was given not 1 month, but 2 months notice and 3 days to go before we move out there has been no communication on keys being handed in, inventory checks. Talking about inventory checks. When we moved into the house it was filthy. In the short time of 2 years we lived in this house, we had so many issues where they were left for months or not done at all. Big surprise there are NO good reviews... No surprise at all.

Adding this review here as well as this is the company that works with Raine and Co, a company I wrote this review about: Oh my god, where should I start. People from this agency are an absolute mess - not responsive, not helpful, not understanding at all. We had several issues during our contract - whenever we needed to repair something, we were contacting the agency directly and they took ages with replying or just simply did not reply at all. After some time, we just skipped contacting them and contacted the landlord's handyman directly as it was faster and actually got things done BUT let me remind you that this is the job of the agency. Also, when we moved in, the main door was barely closing and one of the beds had a massive hole in it, causing back problems to my roommate (got solved after like a month). When COVID started, we moved out (4 months before our contract ended and of course they did not return us any of the rent that we have paid upfront for that time, but fair enough). We cleaned everything perfectly and handed in the keys. In August, we were supposed to get our deposit back - we contacted the agency, took them over a month to tell us what is happening with our deposit (even though it should be done within two weeks after the contract ends). When we finally got information about our deposit, there was a deduction of over 300 pounds because there was "light dusting" and some mail at the door which we obviously could not have done anything about as we were long moved out. We disputed this, still working on getting it solved. I could continue writing about why this agency is so bad but I am so done with them that I will not. To sum up, DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY. It will be a horrible experience, I can guarantee.

Moved into a property two months ago with a shower that did not work as well as the toilet flusher being faulty. Called the management office countless times trying to sort this issue, with the same response Ill see what I can do for you, and give you a call back, each time without a call back. I have had multiple cancellations by the plumber that they send out, weve even had to remind the plumber to come, but still the plumber has not come or forgot, or been on a training course, but failed to inform myself or my partner who have taken days off of work to let the plumber into the property. This is the worst management office I have dealt with. They do not seem to be able to manage.
