        Excellent centre, the Pilates Instructors are very well versed and attentive to individual issues. Hygiene protocols are also very clear and adhered to. It is pricey, but you have to weigh up your needs and goals and what you are likely to achieve at a gym or at a pilates class!

        Reformer pilates has been amazing for me. I never quite got the hang of mat pilates after trying for YEARS! But with reformer pilates I can tell Im working the right areas. The teachers specifically Callum and Becca are brilliant theyre very knowledgable and always assist individuals throughout the class ensuring youre getting the most out of each session.

        I can't say much about the organisation itself, but it's really about the instructors. If you find an instructor you like it can be very beneficial. It's helped keep me fit for the last few years.
