Xerxes has helped me manage my chronic pain associated with my degenerating cervical discs, and has brought relief to my symptoms where other soft-touch osteopaths have failed. His highly physical approach in dealing with deep tissue and releasing accumulated tension is superb. He uses a combination of methods, deep massage, acupuncture and adjustments and is persistent in locating and working out the problem. I always leave a session feeling relieved.

I was amazed at the difference with just a one-hour treatment session with Mr Xerxes Dalal in his London City practice. I went from thinking I couldn't get out of bed with the pain in my knee to being able to skip 2 days later. I estimated the pain reduction to be 95%. I couldn't recommend Mr Dalal enough. I am confident and happy with this recommendation.
