        Approach with caution. Please note 2 of the 5 star reviews appear to come from the owner of business himself: Paul Holmes. Has taken money from friend for advance work which was never completed and refused to refund.

        My item was delayed on delivery, when it did turn up it was left outside my door and the toilet was missing the seat despite the packaging not being tampered with. No response to my multiple emails or calls. Update: Company contacted me to arrange delivery of missing item

        Item never delivered, no one answers the phone or email. Had to put in dispute with visa. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

        Recieved my item OK but when it went faulty within the 12 month period I can't get in touch with this company. Numerous unanswered emails and calls later I've given up and bought again from someone else. Buy if you want but don't expect any after sales service!
