I ordered a premium range tv at a fantastic price and free express delivery was included. Unfortunately, when the shop contacted the courier, the courier couldn't deliver within the specified timescale due to a backlog. Usually, you may get an email from a company a few days later stating that " sorry your delivery is running late" or sometimes no communication whatsoever but as soon as the shop became aware of this logistical nightmare ( within an hour of my checkout); they phoned me and explained the situation and apologised profusely. The customer service was fantastic! Unfortunately I needed to cancel the order as I wanted the tv for the weekend but due to the great experience I had with this company, the email cancellation, instant refund and timescale in which the matter was dealt with, I couldn't recommend them highly enough! I look forward to ordering with them in the future and I'm sure there products will not dissapoint. Five Stars

Absolutely the worse company out there wish could give them no stars told two days in a row that my order was delayed due to courier and the guy Tom could t even offer me any compensation due to the situation had to ask four times for a refund and he was silent and went into say he didnt want to lose the funds but I would have to wait to be let down again and then if it didnt come it would be Tuesday in the new year dont deal with these cowboys there a nightmare
