Minerva - IT Services in Hertfordshire

I head up a Birmingham based charity and have used Minerva for the past two years. We previously had a server in our office and the quality of support was not bad by varied wildly. We were initially hesitant to change the system entirely, however after doing some market research and receiving a large number of spec's with quotes we decided to take the plunge with Minerva. Minerva initially supported us through the process of moving to a cloud based system. Frankly they made the transition simple, easy and didn't require lots of my time. I have held back from publishing a review as we wanted some time to experience the ongoing support. Our experience in moving over to Minerva has been excellent, Network issues are dealt with on the same day if possible and communication is great. As a charity that relies on IT systems, having a good IT provider is essential, similar to a taxi driver needing a good and reliable mechanic. I can honestly say we have not had a single negative comment from any of our staff for the whole two years. We would recommend Minerva to any organisation that needs a competent, organised and reliable I.T support provider.

Minerva seem to be a well-kept secret! They have a great team of experienced technical experts, and their customer services is exceptional. Cannot recommend them highly enough for IT support and software development projects.

Having had to use many IT service service providers over the years, I can confirm that Minerva are up there with the best. James was infinitely patient and solved my issues with a minimum of fuss. As someone who is relatively technorant (technically ignorant, just made it up), James' knowledge and understanding is, to me, a superpower. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Minerva team.

We have been working with Minerva since 2017, as our I.T. support and I.T. infrastructure partners. We have found the support team to be efficient, knowledgeable and proactive. The senior team (John, Ruth & Jeremy) are equally helpful in resolving the more complex issues, as well as providing invaluable advice, where necessary.
