Brilliant customer service! I messaged Ondrej to ask if he had a suitable scooter for my son. He gave excellent advice and help - and then offered to deliver the scooter so that we could check if the size and model was alright. Ondrej turned up in the pouring rain with a very beautiful scooter and we were able to check the size was ok and try it out. Fantastic. Thank you so much Op Scooters!

SHAMEFUL! I bought a kick scooter with a disc brake that could not be assembled due to faulty construction. When I requested a replacement wheel, the shop asked if I could find a cheaper way to fix the problem and it would pay the cost. After diligently searching for an alternative for two months, and failing, I requested the replacement. After multiple requests, the shop has failed to respond and Im left with a brake that does not work.

Well where do i start regarding the Kickbike Safari. After a couple of days of my Wife showing me and telling me all about the Kickbike Safari i decided to buy her one as a surprise. She is 67 and has never grown up. After contacting OP Scooters and chatting to Ondrej, asking him various questions even down to bags and or luggage bags. Ondrej was most helpful and answered all of my questions immediately. I felt really relaxed and confident talking to him and felt that he was being honest with me and not just after another sale. So after Ondrej said that delivery would be 48hrs i took the plunge and bought one. However i forgot to enter the promo code so didn't get my discount. But, there's always a but, i contacted Ondrej who put a few presnts in the box for our Grand daughter. The order was placed on Thursday but for some reason it wasn't despatched until Monday. Now remember how i said 48 hr delivery it wasn't! It was delivered on Tuesday 24 hrs after leaving OP Scooters. The box which the scooter arrived in was intact, no dents, marks or cuts. And the scooter itself was immaculate with no marks or scrathches on it which may have been caused by being in transit. Assembly of it was relatively easy which was made easier by watching someone put one together on YouTube. Assembly itself took a leisurely half hour tops. There's no point in rushing a good thing to spoil it. So there you have it a smooth transaction with loads of communication a scooter delivered on time and easy to put together. Are there any negatives? Yes, there is just not enough hours in the day to enjoy it! I would like to Thank Ondrej for all of his patience in helping me with the scooter. Cheers Steve Hardy.

Three days ago I bought a Yedoo Friday scooter from OP Scooters. It's taken me till now to write a review because I've been having that much fun since I rode it out of Ondrej's shop! The product is amazing, a really comfortable ride: smooth, silent and I feel very safe. The speed is perfect for me: slow enough to window shop or to hop off when needed, faster, easier and so much more fun than walking. Good for a quick run to the shop, light enough to carry, small enough to go on public transport, tough enough for long rides along cycle paths. Ondrej and OP Scooters made the process of decision-making and purchase really easy (so thanks from me to the other reviewers, whose feedback pointed me in the right direction!). Ondrej was brilliant from the outset - with super quick replies to enquiries and emails, offering to pick me up from the station when I visited his shop, giving me tips when trying out his scooters (I can switch feet like a pro now ). I'm so glad to have bought from someone who is passionate about what he does. I left the shop with my beautiful customised Yedoo Friday and a massive grin on my face which is still there three days later . Thank you so much Ondrej - I hope to stay in touch via the online scooter community!
