Domino's Pizza - Potters Bar

On the 31st of march 2023 I ordered a pizza and side and 4 dips all vegan at a cost 27.84p, I received a phone call half an hour later saying that they had not got the vegan ingredients and asked me what I wanted to do so I stated I wanted a refund, then another half an hour later they attempted to deliver the pizza. The delivery driver unaware that the store had informed me that they had no vegan products and not only did he try to convince me it was vegan he was also unaware that I have an allergy to dairy. Contacted customer services and after some horrific communication and understanding to the fact I did not receive any of the products i ordered due to allergy reasons the deemed it fit to refund my 12.00 for the pizza only. I still have not had the other items from the store and for such a big franchise to take money and not refund me properly despite my experience is outrageous and I will not only not be ordering from here again but Im looking into taking things further.

2 hours to get one pizza. Was told it was delivered (obviously it wasnt) then they realised delivery man sent it to the wrong address

This is by far the worst thives ive ever seen. They think is ok to leave items out of your delivery order and when you call up to complain they say we are so sorry we will refund you. Well guess what after 2 weeks and 2 calls still no refund gone back to my account. Please all steer clear of these thieves. You have been warned
