        Managers & service lead are very unprofessional, bullying and belittling is apart of this work place, worst experience Ive ever had this company is run by Narcissists, I warn others not to join them. Care tech if you want people to work for you change your approach hire managers and staff who are genuinely kind and respectful it is very important especially when working in care.
