        Great gym to learn the ropes and take you to a higher level like I have done. Waynes a very nice man who loves the sport and he has taken me from a beginner to a fighter and trained me up so I was prepared for my first interclubs and fights . Very friendly atmosphere at the gym so you can feel comfortable whilst your learn Muay Thai and I would highly recommend coming to train with us to fight or to keep fit

        What a great club, my son really enjoys going. Wayne is an excellent patient instructor and a really nice guy. Everyone is included and made to feel welcome and part of the team.
