        If I could leave 0 stars I would. They had to be chased to get the searches underway for the property we were trying to buy, then I had to chase them to get the results of the searches. To add to that, they couldn't even be bothered to obtain a water bill from the water board, so I had to do it. They needed a load of copies for planning permissions and building consents etc, I had sent them over to Bishopsgate Law twice, because the sellers solicitor was even worse and never sent them. Bishopsgate Law , /(which they DID have), . ! They also misinformed us several times, and failed to keep us fully uo to date with things, and at times never fully explained all the details. Again another breach of solicitors code of conduct. , , , , . , "" . , ! , . I ended up doing a good 80% of their job, because they weren't ever pro-active, nor knew what they were doing most of the time. All in all they owe us for my time consumed and, for the avoidable delays, stress and anxiety they have attributed during this failed transaction.

        Not very impressive, the person who was supposed to be helping me with paperwork seemed to obstructive to the point the deadline for submitting passed - I now have a huge costs bill coming my WAY! I think you must be proud of yourself
