We used Ital Living services for our kitchen and living room refurbishment in south west London. If you are looking for a kitchen company that is professional, caring, thorough and who will do their utmost to ensure you are happy with your kitchen, then you must visit Ital Living and meet Marco and Simone. You will be very well looked after. These guys know their stuff and have the most wonderful products available to show you. I am the type of person that usually I will not order things that I can't actually see in the showroom and especially when it comes to furniture but from the moment I walked in ITAL LIVING I felt that I was in good hands. Marco earned my trust and I was actually very impressed that he was able to understand my personality and my style. He assist me all the way to choose the wardrobes, the furniture my sitting/dining area, my bedroom and my office. He did a 3D presentation for me after he visited my flat and he advice me after he saw the space I had , he took the measurements which they were accurate and when he felt that I was happy we proceeded with the order. During the fitting process Marco was inspecting the work and I was amazed that he will pick every detail and he will make sure that everything was done to a very high standard. He was all the way very professional, polite, friendly, enthusiastic and very passionate at this work , it was a pleasure working with him. I am also very happy with Simone as he was always making sure that Marcos will get any messages I left for him or get back to me with an answer . They were both of them always very welcoming, friendly and they will go out of their way to get me the coffee I like! ITAL LIVING knows how to make a customer feel special and they understand their customers needs, they exceeded my expectations and I'm over the moon with my furniture, wardrobes and office and when the time comes to update my kitchen I wouldn't think twice where to go.
