Overall poor service, expensive deposits, tried to swap a bike within a week demanded another expensive deposit Everytime I called I was on hold for a min of half hour at best average of 45min+ Phoned early morning was 1st in the queue and was on hold for 45 minutes!! Had to phone back later and took over an hour to get through to someone, the call only lasted 3 minutes

Excellent service. Slight wait in the queue when calling from 6th until it was my turn. The lady I dealt with was very polite and professional and even called me back when the mobile call dropped. Updated my new address and there was no charge due to a rebate owing due to a lower risk postcode. Very impressed.

Totally scam. You cancel the insurance and charge you i big bit and after pass the amount to another company and you pay 50 for that. Advise, dont do with that company.

Ifi could give no stars I would, robbed me of 70 put in the wrong ban they cancel but charged me for it, was very rude on the phone
