A few years back our neighbours used Abbey for their loft conversion and i was so impressed by their work and how professional they seemed that i asked my neighbour for their details and their thoughts and they couldn't recommend them enough! We engaged Abbey for our loft conversion and from the first visit for the quotation all the way to the last day of quality checks after the build was completed - we had a wonderful experience with Abbey. The onsite team were excellent and the project team in the office were fantastic - every question or concern i had was answered/ addressed immediately every time. Clear communication, integrity and quality - it is the type of experience you wish you could have with all building/ trade vendors but often find that it is not the case. We used abbey for our loft extension. Added 2 double bedrooms and shower-room to our house, so we're thrilled with all the extra space! They were good at coming up with solutions and the project manager, Rob was great at responding to any questions. The builders worked hard through really bitter winter weather to get the work done, so really appreciated that. I would defo recommend them. We used Abbey to carry out our loft extension last summer and could not have been happier. Gjon and his team worked incredibly hard, long days, were tidy considerate and finished within 10 weeks. The team were very responsive and patient with us when were being indecisive and helped us worked through choices. The finish was high quality and they quickly worked through any snagging issues. Highly recommend Abbey Lofts to anyone who is looking for high quality builds and incredibly dedicated builders. As with any build theres is a worry youre going to have a lot on your plate with project management but this wasnt the case with Abbey. They give you plenty of time to prepare and also a timings plan for each stage. You are then in a WhatsApp group with the whole team for your build. Peter and his building team are so skilled and got the build done in no time. From start to finish there was no hassle and all the team arrived on time every day. The finished product is fantastic.
