Hi everyone This is a very honest and genuine feedback about this hairdresser. I found an offer for full hair highlights on groupon and accordingly contacted them. She told me NOT TO buy from GROUPON and that they can in fact do the highlights much cheaper. As a result I booked an appointment a few days later. During my visit to the hairdressers they firstly checked my hair type and colour and then commenced the highlight process. I have been using highlights for more than 20 years. So I know everything about the process and what colour should look like. Hence, I soon realised that the person dealing with me was not very well trained as she washed my hair early and didnt wait enough for the colour to settle which resulted with a disaster outcome!! The colour was not right and they soon realised themselves and began panicking and talking about ways of fixing the situation which was not too late!!!! Although I told them this is not platin highlights! My hair colour had become light green!!!! I was so sad and shocked!!! Although they knew very well that they had made a mistake they were initially unwilling to accept it which was more frustrating and distressing!!!!!! They then started to put some more colour and the toner but it didnt help. They then said its normal because my hair is dark and were trying to find anexcuse! This place is very unprofessional, owner very rude and staff not trained at all in the job they are doing. Absolute Disaster!!!!! Customer service is poor! STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM AS I DID!!!!! All they care about is the money they can charge even thought they do not know absolutely what they are doing! As I have a 2 month old baby I cannot go to hairdresser as often as I would like and to be let down like this with people who do not care to even resolve their mistake makes me very ANGRY!!!! I have some photos with my green hair so you can all see what they done ! DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE OF USING THESE AMATEURS !

Dora booked me in for a last minute hair appointment just before Christmas. My hair looks and feels fabulous. Dora gave me some hair advice and advised me what products I should use. Dora is a lovely woman and I'll be returning to Shampoo for my next hair appointment.

I would rate my experience in negative numbers if I could. I went for a trim and asked to cut no more than half an inch of my hair as I wanted to keep the length. Instead they cut about 10 cm. The actual process of cutting hair was between 5 and 10 minutes. Also as the hairdresser insisted on washing my hair prior the trimming I had to ask to dry it and at the end I was charged 45. I was crying when I looked at myself in the mirror at home. Last time I was served by Dora and she was lovely. I would never go back there again.
