Had an appointment with Ellie for a balayage and it was absolutely amazing, Ellie is an exceptional colourist and listens to everything you ask for, Nicola the salon manager was so friendly often checking in to see if everything was going ok, the salon is absolutely beautiful and the team are super friendly, I spent a while thinking about getting a balayage and my only regret is not doing it sooner, thoroughly recommend this salon, I would have given more stars if I could! I highly recommend this salon, I visited for the first time yesterday. I booked with Ellie for a balayage. I had a balayage a month ago at another salon but didn't get the results I had hoped for so was a bit apprehensive the 2nd time around. Ellie took great care of me, she carried out a thorough consultation, I didn't feel rushed to decide what I was trying to achieve. She is very talented and took such pride in her work. She was genuinely interested in what she was doing and gave me a lovely result by blending the colour into the hair as I'm not a fan of the striped look. If you are looking for a fresh look going into summer book with Ellie! The salon itself was nice, very clean and calming atmosphere, and the music was good too, makes a difference when you are having a long service such as balayage. I look forward to my next visit!
