        in 2014 my husband died and i received a letter saying my husband had not signed the paper work that stated i would receive his pension payed to me on his death apparently the contract sent to me to show this was where every page had been signed except the one where it would be passed to me every single page but that one surely someone should have noticed this and returned it to him whilst he was alive very clever keep quiet end of discussion

        Canada Life have let me down by something which wasn't my fault and I was supposed to have a completion date and was let down at the last minute we are now very disappointed and distressed and we are deeply disappointed and upset. THANKS TO CANADA LIFE FOR LETTING ME DOWN NOW WE WILL BE TAKEN TO COURT AND LOSE OUR HOME We are both devastated

        Awful service. Dont get back to you so you have to chase by phone on their premium rate number. 5 star reviews seem to be from members of staff!! Stay away from this company. Absolute joke and the last thing your loved ones need when you pass away!!!
