I dont have any complaints with this place, particularly when I think that it has been there for decades; one of the very few takeaways in Potters Bar 20 years ago. The quality food is fairly good and the service is decent. Losing one star for taking only cash

If I could give no stars I would. My relatives have come to stay with us so we decided to pick up some Chinese to enjoy together. The main thing we wanted was salt and pepper squid and my dad even described exactly how we wanted it, as this is always what we order from Chinese take away places. He emphasised that we wanted them fried with onions, peppers etc. We ordered two of these dishes. When we got home, we noticed the dishes were completely wrong. They gave us squid in some type of curry sauce. My dad called them up and told them they gave us the wrong dishes and can they replace these with what we ordered. The lady on the phone told us that the boss said they would not replace these and that if we wanted them we would have to pay for these again. They were not helpful on the phone and didnt care at all. All they care about is money, they dont care about the customer and left us feeling really frustrated and dissatisfied. We couldnt enjoy the meal after that. Terrible experience, we will not be going there again and I am embarrassed that my relatives have come all this way only for us to not get what we ordered.
