Don't reccomend, being trying to speak to someone for 4 days regarding my gas , 4 emails , 6 phone calls on hold being up to a hour then cut off. Currently changing to a new supplier, would give less then 1 star if could.

discusted they change to another supplier cant top up cant contact new supplier , i have medical equipment if i lose power im knackered ,, going to seek legal advise ive been on the phone to nabou for 4 hrs no answer ive e mailed them no reply , DISCUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY EVEN TOOK MONEY OF ME ONLINE TOP UP THEN SAID THEY CANT FIND MY ACCOUNT DETAILS SO WHY TAKE THE MONEY WHAT A RIP OFF, IE THEFT AS WELL
