Having been recommend by a friend to 'go see Jim', I had issues with both my Laptop and Desktop and spoke to Jim. He is very laid back, very approachable and was only to happy to answer any questions i had, no matter how 'stupid'. Needless to say that Jim sorted out my issues, boosted my Desktop performance and was always happy to offer instructions and assistance. Great value and service, no hassle. Top stuff!

I could not recommend this guy enough, very knowledgeable, very friendly and super helpful, spoke me through my problems and helped. I was searching for a week for somewhere that would deal with gaming pcs (he also does others) and I couldnt find anyone who knew what I was talking about until I found this guy, in my opinion, hes the only guy to go to for a computer issue in north London
