I have used them a few times for duplicate NCR glued work books. They have always been helpful, competitively priced and very prompt. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the level of service I have received from Harjinder since 20th December. First of all communication was almost impossible with them initially over the phone (may have been due to poor mobile service) and they had to call me from a different landline before I could hear what the man was saying. Understandably they were closing earlier than usual for Christmas last year when I requested an order for some business cards. However, I was given the wrong email address to send my order too which I was hoping to pick up just before they closed for Christmas. This was not going to be possible and stated to Harjinder that I might need to look for another printers which he wasn't bothered about at all and made no suggestions to try and resolve. After all it was only for a few 100 business cards and they obviously operate on a "small order - not important" complaint basis. This led me to searching for a new printers around local Barnet areas which was impossible a few days before Christmas. I was then told that they would be reopening on Jan 4th so sent an email with my request on Dec 22nd for Jan 4th collection as all other printers had closed by now and was left with no other alternative but to stick with them which I did by way of confirmation email to proceed with the order. Christmas came and went and I had no business cards to give to anyone I met over that period which was a bit embarrassing as I have just launched a digital property services business in December. I hadn't heard anything from them so called them today to be told that they haven't received any of my emails ever!? I confirmed the email address I had been emailing to and according to Harjinder that was the correct email address but he added that they have had problems receiving emails from time to time. I then asked to be emailed by them and returned my order to the new email addresses provided. (of which I noted that there was an error in the email address initially provided). I had to chase a few hours later to be told that they still haven't received any emails from me!? As I used to work in Potters Bar, I was recommended by a few local estate agents in the area that this firm will look after my printing needs, what they didn't warn me about was how laborious the process would be with them. If you are looking to use this companies services, may I recommend visiting them in person than calling them on the phone.
