        Disappointed that I came down on 4 separate occasions / days to find I couldnt pay bills &/or get cash out. I did call but told was in the website - it was for one day ! Surely you have provisions in place to at least ensure ATM is working if the branch is closed?

        I popped in today as my son had problems opening an account on line (which you have to do at the moment) within an hour they had sorted it out & his account was open. Brilliant service amazing staff.
