Ankit is a fantastic guy, he is accurate, listens to the client, answers calls and calls you back if he cannot take it. He has dealt with all the changes we required super quickly, he worked tirelessly until very late at night to help us with tight deadlines. Thank you so much for your assistance - one of few in a trade that I can recommend with 100% conviction! If you are considering his service, do not think twice! refreshing attitude and great work ethic.

I have recently used Phi Architectural Services and could not recommend this company highly enough. The entire process of planning application was taken care of with ease. Furthermore, where changes needed to be made to drawings, nothing was too much trouble and Ankit promptly made all the necessary changes. The drawings were timely, detailed but clear. Ankit also came up with great solutions to the problem of building in awkward spaces! He also worked well with my builders to ensure that the build work was completed correctly and to plan. I would use this company again for any future architectural work, particularly since the price was so reasonable too. Thank you Ankit for all of your hard work on our project.

We approached Ankit after a horrible experience with a previous architect. Ankit has been extremely professional and supportive ever since we applied for the rear extension. His expertise was evident when advised on how to apply with different measurements. It has been just a few weeks and planning has been approved. We are very thankful to Phi Architectural services for their professional help. I would have rated 5+ stars if available, no wonder all reviews are 5 stars,
