My appointment for disable mum with dementia was for 15:00; we arrived 15:15; Lady was very unpleasant, my mum straight away felt like unwanted and lady looked like in rush. We felt so bad and puzzled. We left and will not come today. Lady had no empathy whatsoever.

Ive been here a few times in the past and always liked the people and the place. I find the whole procedure very relaxing and will return soon. Unfortunately it is not local for me- if it were, Id be there very regularly!

I had tried acupuncture sessions in April after several months of physio exercises were not bringing any relief. I have hip issue and pain extended to lower leg during sleep so after months of unable to sleep I came here. I had 5 sessions in total once weekly. The relief came on after two weeks, towards the end my movement improved and I was able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain unable to get comfortable. I was advised to continue with the physio given exercise as well. Very thoughtful and understanding practitioner, and I would highly recommend her and certainly be back should I require any health related help in the future.
