Despite numerous emails and calls I am yet to hear back on the status of my accounts, and my HMRC deadline is in 2 days. Why does no-one respond to advise what is happening?! This may result in me being fined. Plus I am awaiting over 1,000 owed from incorrect debit payments. Not in my nature to complain but this is ridiculous.

Almost all my contractors have used Clear Accountancy and been very happy with both pricing and service. Always available for a call and very diligent - i don't usually write reviews!

I gave Clear accounting instructions to close down my limited account as I was starting full time employment. After a year of full time employment I decided to return to contracting. My limited account was never closed down but I was red flagged by HMRC. Clear as mismanaged my account. I was left with an unpaid 4600 tax bill after been told by my accountant it was taken care of. I then had to open a new limited account, now 9 months later they have done absolutely nothing on my new account. I was told I would be given 10 months free service for their mismanagement. But now I am paying for the service. Would I recommend them, No No No. but I am stuck now with them. I wish that I could report them for the unprofessional services. I was paying them to provide a service. I Never received it. There could not be a company that provides a worse service, absolutely poor, unprofessional , incapable and incompetent accounting firm
