        Highly recommend Bedfords - practical, pragmatic, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Ross from Bedfords helped us get through the process from end to end and was always on hand for advice and help. We had a traumatic experience with a flood and had to move out whilst the work was being completed, but the stress was mitigated knowing that Ross was guiding us through. Hope we never have another flood again, but if we did I'd know where to turn. Sol

        Simon Norris was my surveyor for extensive repair work, which was a worrying and stressful time for me. He stayed in good contact, letting me know what was happening all the way through the process. He was clear in explaining technical things well to the lay person. He was reassuring about processes and timetables. He handled the liasing with the builder so I felt I had an expert in control, and I had great confidence in him.
