Its very rare to find a dealership that really goes out of their way to look after you and even give you alternatives if a situational change happens. Costa is the main man and the best person Ive ever interacted with for a car. Initially had talks about buying an A35 AMG late last year and selling my old one in late 2023. The initial phone call will be the one Ill remember for a lifetime. Not only did he understand my requirements, but he even gave me a valuation for me my car that he would take for it when I was ready to buy. This alone was first class service and didnt look any further but to only work with him for my next car. I was completely reassured with this information which allowed me to prepare a plan to buy my car. Fast forward April 2023, Costa gives me a ring and lets me know he may have an example ready. He asked if I was ready to look into buying this time of the year and said yes. Unfortunately, he wasnt able to get this car, but reassured me that he will find me another example. The best part about this is that he found an excellent example from another dealer and got in contact with him to speak to me! Normally, if your not doing the deal with dealer and through another, they will cease to work with you further and give you bad customer service. But Costa really showed his exceptional character showing me that he really wanted to help me and wanted to see me happy! The deal was done swiftly with the other dealer, but I wouldnt have seen this example had Costa not looked on the behalf of me. When Im ready to sell my car Ill look no further but to come to AK Prestige Autos. Costa represents the business highly and has a strong passion for cars and excellent customer service!
